Mellow start to the day- we went back to our fav coffee shop – Dough- and Fabio served us again = fuel for the day ahead.
Short drive to the Teleferiq, we rode 18 min up and gained 800 m, which took us up to the start of the hike. I think in this case a picture, or rather video, tells a thousand words…….

Team firsts – first summit for Farid. First time in harness (climbing) for Farid and Suneet. And a beautiful moment for Dale and I – scuppered at Vinson – we together hit the same altitude with this peak today!!!
A massive shout out to our guides – Shaun King and Barry Blanchard – from Yamnuska – short roping the team with skill, humour, and safety – they are amazing. It is like coming home – Barry guided Dale and I on Vinson in 2006, our first TYL trip! Full circle!
